What is a pre-order?

Pre-order products are items that are not yet in stock but which you can purchase in advance to secure your copy, often with exclusive offers.

Payment

Payment is charged at the time of ordering, not upon dispatch.

Delivery times

The estimated dispatch date is shown on each pre-order product page. Lupio Studios is committed to meeting the dates provided, but these may be subject to change due to production or logistical reasons.

Communications and updates

In the event of changes to the estimated delivery date, customers will be notified by email with a detailed update. We are committed to maximum transparency.

Cancellations

Limited Editions

Some pre-orders are for limited editions. Once the available stock has sold out, no further orders can be placed. We recommend you don’t wait!
